An Introduction to Idle Sheep Racing
Greetings, Meta-friends!
In our previous article, we introduced our Racing Barn, as well as a new event to go with it, and now we’re excited to take things up a notch with our latest feature: Idle Sheep Racing.
Idle Sheep Racing offers sheep owners a new way to earn MARD Tokens. Once players place their sheep in the barn, they’ll automatically enter and compete in races and earn rewards based on their performance in each race.
Idle Racing Rewards:
Upon the completion of a race, sheep will get, in accordance with the rank it reached, 7% of the total bets placed by users on the game.
This table shows how 7% of wagers are split among the sheep.
- 1st place: 50%
- 2nd place: 25%
- 3rd place: 15%
- 4th, and 5th place: 5% each
- 6th to 8th place: 0%
For example, when the total bets placed by the players in a single race reach 5,000 tickets, according to rank, 350 MARD will be split between sheep owners as their reward. Keep in mind it is merely a sample for reference; the actual figures will differ.
In addition to the idle racing component of the game, we will also be incorporating an energy point system.
Energy Points:
An Energy Point is an important statistic that determines a sheep’s eligibility to participate in races. Sheep with higher Energy Points stand a better chance of qualifying for a race. However, once a sheep completes a race, its energy will be completely depleted.
To ensure fairness and give every sheep in the barn an equal opportunity to join races and earn rewards, it takes 168 hours (7 days) to recover its energy points.
We hope that this new feature adds a new layer of excitement to your experience. Join the flock, place your bets, and watch your sheep race to victory with Idle Sheep Racing. Stay tuned for more updates and announcements from us!
