📢 Big News: The Immutable Beta is LIVE! Your Guide to Asset Migration & What’s Next 🐑🚀

Greetings, Shepherds! 🐑🚀

The moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived: the Immutable beta version of Sheepfarm in Meta-land is officially live! This launch is a huge milestone, bringing us closer to the seamless, vibrant future we’ve been building toward.

The beta has two main purposes:

1. Migration bridge — helping every player move their valuable assets safely from the legacy networks (Kaia and Oasys) into
   Immutable
   .
2. Polishing phase — giving our team the chance to refine gameplay, squash bugs, and improve the experience based on your feedback before the full launch in late 2025.

For now, both the old networks and Immutable will remain open. But this is only temporary. Please take this window seriously and prepare for the next chapter of Sheepfarm.

⚠️ Urgent: Asset Migration Instructions

This part is critical. Assets not migrated before the beta ends will lose all utility in Sheepfarm.

We’ve seen this happen before: when the Kroma network shut down on June 12, assets left behind became inaccessible. The same principle applies here. Once the beta concludes, the old networks will be permanently disabled.

Here’s how to secure your assets:

Migrating Your NFTs (Sheep, Pastures, and Decors)

• Go to the INVENTORY menu on our official website.
• Transfer NFTs from “Real-world” (your wallet) into “Meta-land” (the game).
• The system will automatically reissue them as Immutable-native NFTs.

Migrating Your MARD Tokens

• Go to the SHOP menu on our website.
• Deposit your MARD from your legacy wallet into the game.
• Then withdraw it back out — this process delivers Immutable-native MARD directly to your wallet.

NGIT Migration (No Action Needed for Wallet Holders)

• At full launch, we’ll take a snapshot of all NGIT holders on legacy networks.
• Based on this, we’ll airdrop the new Immutable-native NGIT to the same wallets.
• If you’re holding NGIT in your personal wallet, you’re all set — no action is required.

Important Notice for Liquidity Providers

• LP tokens are not included in the NGIT snapshot.
• If you’re providing liquidity to NGIT–MARD pools:
  1) Withdraw your liquidity first.
  2) This separates your NGIT and MARD tokens.
  3) Your NGIT will then be included in the airdrop, and you can migrate MARD manually using the deposit/withdrawal method above.
• Failure to withdraw will result in your NGIT being left behind.

The Beta Experience: What to Expect

The beta is focused on migration stability. Here’s what you’ll notice:

A Fresh Start

• All in-game progress (items, quest completions, etc.) has been reset.
• Your NFTs and tokens are unaffected — they remain yours.
• This is the power of Web3: true ownership, independent of game resets.

Temporarily Disabled Features

The following will return for the full launch, but are disabled during beta:

• Seasonal Pass
• Seasonal Mission
• Seasonal Shop

In-App Purchases

During the beta, in-app purchases will not be available. This period is focused on migration and stability. Purchases will return at the full launch.

A Note on Sheep Racing

• At the start of beta, Sheep Racing events (both Beanz Racing and Ticket Racing) are not being generated.
• This is not a bug. Races are created when there are enough sufficiently trained sheep in the Racing Barn.
• With the reset, the barn is currently empty. As players train their sheep, race generation will resume naturally.
• To kick things off, we’ll announce special beta events soon to help everyone get race-ready!

Mobile-First Future

We know many of you loved the web version of Sheepfarm. However, as we look to the future, we must leverage the best technology available to us.

• The web version is being discontinued. Immutable’s infrastructure is optimised for mobile, and we want the best possible stability and performance.
• All future development will focus on the mobile app.

Evolving Our Economy: Post-Migration Tokenomics

This migration is more than a technical step; it’s also an opportunity to strengthen our economy.

Recalibrating for a New Chapter

Once the beta period concludes and all assets have been migrated, we will know the definitive circulating supply on Immutable. With that data, we can revise our initial distribution plans and create a more stable, predictable foundation for the ecosystem.

NGIT (Governance Token)

• NGIT was originally designed with a 5 million total supply.
• As of August 2025, about 3.5 million NGIT have been issued.
• After the Immutable snapshot and airdrop, no further NGIT will ever be created.
• The total supply at that moment will become fixed permanently.
• This introduces true scarcity and predictability, cementing NGIT’s role as the core governance token.

MARD (Utility Token)

• On the Kaia (Kaikas) network, about 3.8 million MARD were issued.
  1) ~1.8 million in circulation.
  2) ~1.9 million already burned through gameplay.
• On Immutable, the initial circulating supply will be determined by:
  1) All MARD tokens migrated by users.
  2) Any balances held in-game at the time of migration.
• Unlike NGIT, MARD’s supply will remain dynamic, governed by our Tokenomics v2.
  1) New MARD will be issued through in-game systems.
  2) Unwithdrawn MARD kept in-game will also affect supply.
  3) The balance will continue to shift with the rhythm of gameplay.

Quick Summary

• NGIT: Total supply will be permanently fixed at launch, based on the snapshot + airdrop.
• MARD: Supply will remain dynamic, tied directly to in-game activity and tokenomics.

At the time of the full launch, our Official Guide will be updated with the final, precise circulating supply for both tokens.
