📢 Big News: We’re Moving to the Immutable Network!
Greetings, Meta-friends! 🐑🚀
We’ve got some exciting news: Sheepfarm in Meta-land is migrating to the Immutable network in 2025! This leap forward means a smoother, stronger, and even more immersive experience for all shepherds. But with great change comes great preparation, so here’s everything you need to know about the migration, service transitions, and upcoming events!
🚀 Migration & Service Transition Details
1️⃣ Service Discontinuation
Like all good things, some must come to an end before new beginnings can flourish. At the end of this season, game services on the Kaia, Oasys, and Kroma networks will be officially discontinued. 🛑 This means it’s time to prepare for the move!
2️⃣ A New Era: Game Launch on Immutable
The beta launch on the Immutable network is scheduled for the first half of 2025 (a.k.a. Migration Period). The full official release will follow later in the year, bringing an upgraded farming and racing experience!
3️⃣ Migration Period (Beta Phase)
During the beta phase, you’ll be able to manually migrate your NFTs and FTs to the new Immutable network. Here’s what that means for you:
🔹 Game & Website Access
- You can still log in and play via MetaMask using Kaia, Oasys, and Kroma networks during the transition.
- Depositing your existing NFTs into Meta-land (the game) remains possible through the INVENTORY feature.
🔹 NFT & FT Migration Process
- Withdrawing assets from the game will automatically mint a new NFT on the Immutable network, while the old NFT will be burned (out with the old, in with the new!). 🔥
- The same applies to MARD tokens — when you withdraw from the game, they’ll be transferred to the Immutable network, no matter where they originally came from.
- NGIT Migration: Your NGIT tokens will be airdropped into your wallet based on your final balance at the end of the beta period. More details to come!
⚠️ Heads-up: If you don’t migrate your assets before the beta period ends, they’ll become as useful as a wool sweater in summer — unusable in Sheepfarm in Meta-land!
🔄 Game Reset: What’s Staying & What’s Going?
Big moves come with some resets! Here’s what will and won’t make the cut in the transition.
❌ Items & Progress That WILL Be Reset
Say farewell to:
- Rainbow Beanz, Seasonal Beanz, Betting Tickets
- Non-NFT in-game items (Sheep, decorations, land)
- Wool & Consumables (Potions, cubes, etc.)
- Game Progress (Challenge scores, Loot Lane scores, etc.)
- Sheep Level-Up Status
✅ Items & Progress That Will NOT Be Reset
Good news! These will stick around:
- NFTs (Sheep, decorative items, land)
- Wallet Holdings (MARD, NGIT, and any NFTs in your wallet)
- Deco Upgrades (All level-up statuses will be preserved)
