How to get the most out of your Decor Items in Meta-land

Early access will soon begin! And starting on Monday, the first season’s Lucky Boxes will be available for purchase, giving you the opportunity to collect sheep more easily than before. As previously explained in our Lucky Box article, these boxes are filled with sheep and other decorative items. Today, we’ll go over the reasons why decorations are valuable as well as how to make use of them in greater detail.
Decorations make sheep happy! And if your sheep is content, it will be motivated to produce more wool for you! Decorative items can be used as-is, but they can also be enhanced to make them more effective in their intended usage. Some of them will even be able to trigger combination effects, as detailed in our previous article.
*After the early access phase, the effect and upgrade mechanism for decoration items will be incorporated, as will additional features such as sheep morphing and combo effects.
Decoration upgrades: How to increase the productivity of your farm
The amount of decorations that can be placed on a single pasture is limited due to the set area of the land. Your sheep wouldn’t be able to move if your pasture was crammed with beautiful stuff! Naturally, a larger area allows for more objects to be placed. There is, however, a more efficient approach to make better use of your decorations, even if you’re working with a small amount of space.
Decoration items can be upgraded from the shop, and other decoration items can be used as a resource to upgrade them. Upgrades range from +1 to +9 and as the enhancement level grows, the item’s performance improves.
Upgrading does not always guarantee success. If you want to strengthen high-level decorative items even further, keep in mind that the enhancement level could possibly be reduced! As a result, decoration items with a high level of enhancement may sell for a high price on the NFT market simply because they are difficult to create.
Combination effects with Decor Items; the cherry on top!
If you’ve been following our posts, you’ll recall that we talked about the synergy that occurs when compatible sheep are put together in a pasture. Let’s look at how decoration items can also be leveraged to trigger certain combo effects!
Perhaps an example would help you understand better. The “Ordinary Couple” combination effect, which is triggered when you combine a male and female Plain White Sheep, can be upgraded to the “Valentine’s Day Couple” combo effect by simply adding a Strawberry Sweetheart Ornament to your pasture.
Regardless of the current state of an incorporated decorative item, combination effects always function the same. In other words, if you have upgraded items, your farm’s productivity will increase, but higher-level decorative components have no effect on the intensity of the combo effects it triggers!
However, the features described today will not be available at the start of the early access version. Rather than releasing too many functions at once, we will gradually and sequentially introduce new features to ensure the long-term viability of the game system.
