Private Sale Report: Nightingale Token
On February 20, 2022, Nightingale Interactive, which is preparing to launch Sheepfarm in Meta-land, signed a private sale contract of its governance token, NGIT to a number of professional investment institutions, strategic investors, and influential individual investors.
Investor relations for the private sale began in mid-January 2022 and lasted approximately four weeks, with the majority of investors who expressed interest ultimately signing a contract with us.
Sheepfarm in Meta-land is a P2E virtual world in which you can purchase pastures, collect and raise various breeds of sheep, and earn tokens by selling the wool they produce. The NGIT token is the governance token of Sheepfarm in Meta-land. The token represents voting power in UCC polling and DAO gaming, and can be exchanged for MARD tokens, which may be used to purchase various in-game items.
In a statement, Rick (CEO) said, “The purpose of this initial private sale was to connect with and secure interest from top strategic investors who want to expand their territory into the metaverse, as well as crypto buyers who are familiar with the game — and we could not be more pleased to have this select group as a part of our project.”
Key corporate investors include:
- Aurora World Corp. is a KOSDAQ-listed global character and toy company. Aurora has been known for its superb quality and brands such as “Yoohoo,” “Miyoni,” and “Eco Nation” for over 40 years. They participated in the private sale to meet the strategic objectives of developing NFT-based toys.
- Uprise, Inc. is a cryptocurrency investment company that specializes in developing and operating products that allow users to safely invest in digital assets. It has cutting-edge technology and a thorough understanding of the market. Members of the Sheepfarm project will be able to benefit from Uprise’s expertise in crypto security and business development in order to successfully operate a crypto structure and system.
- Pragma Ventures is a global investment firm specializing in early-stage blockchain startups with a diversified crypto portfolio that includes Primex, Portal, Infinity, Waggle, and more.
- Sky Vision Capital has its focus on P2E games and fosters innovation through technological leadership and assists potential game developers in converting to P2E multichain game projects. They are an established investor in multiplayer online gaming projects such as League of Kingdoms Arena, Forest Knight, and Nine Chronicles.
- Nolatency is a P2E game development company known for “Drawshop Kingdom Reverse” that is backed by angel investors Hyunsung Shin, the founder of the public blockchain protocol Terra, and Siwon Lee, the founder of Siwon School.
Key independent investors include:
- Wonbae Kim is the founder and CEO of both SUPERCAT and ZEP. SUPERCAT is a well-known game developer in Korea, with titles including “The Kingdom of the Winds: Yeon.” ZEP provides a metaverse platform in collaboration with Naver.
- Hwan Lim, is the founder of 3Y Corporation, most known for its YouTube show “가짜사나이” (Fake Men) and influencer agency, which represents renowned YouTubers such as “김계란” (Egg Kim).
“Sheepfarm in Meta-land has a concrete ecosystem that protects NFT buyers from price drops and a token circulation structure that allows users to earn more as they play more,” said Elliot, product owner of the project.
Numerous investors have expressed high hopes for the Tokenomics and game to be released, which is set to launch in early access on the last day of February 2022. Investment from a number of experienced partners will maintain the project ecosystem and assist in the strengthening of tokenomics.
